As from 1996 we constructed more than one hundred free standing houses, four town house complexes and a shopping centre in the Brackenfell area. The town house complexes were called Olive Groove, The Villas, The Greens and The Palms respectively.

From Brackenfell we relocated to Parklands where we developed complexes namely Notting Hill, Somerset Place, Rosewood Village and Madison Gardens. Other building projects included the A1 Office Block, more than sixty plot & plan free standing houses and a number of upmarket residences in Bellville, Big Bay and Blouberg.

As a shareholder in Mortar SA we supply a controlled dry mortar mix in silos and bags to construction & building companies in the Western Cape.
